Deep, poor, rocky soils. Irrigation from the Andes. Wide thermal amplitude with big differences (approximatelly 22° C between the minimun during thecold mornings and nights, and the maximun during sunny days). Dry climate, little rainfall, 120mm of rain a year, 15% humidity and 350 days of sunshine. Cold mornings and nights, and long hot days result in wines that are highly concentrated in color, aromas and flavors with a unique fruity character.

Production
Manual harvest in 18Kg plastic bins. Pre-fermentation macerations at 8°C in stainless steel tanks. Utilisation of both native and selected yeasts for the fermentation process. Post fermentation macerations, totaling 30 days. Malolactic fermentation in contact with oak takes place 70% of the wine is aged for 12 months in contact with American and French oak while the remaining 30% is conserved in stainless steel tanks.

Tannat from Argentina, musky with the scent of cloves and vanilla and flavoured with chocolate and dark fruit.
