Production
The Caberent Sauvignon is hand-harvested and tank fermented with natural yeasts and is made in a classic, minimal interventionist manner with no extended skin maceration. The individual components are matured in a selection of new (15%), second and third fill French oak barrels for 18 months prior to bottling.

Rich yet restrained Cabernet Sauvignon from South Africa, juicy with red berries and perfumed with spicy oak and a wisp of tobacco.
